What is your flavouring?
Floretique only uses natural flavours which are the essential oil, essence or extract derived from a spice, fruit or vegetable through the process of roasting or heating.
Does blooming tea contain caffeine?
Yes, it does as all of the blooming teas are either green or jasmine tea base. These occurs naturally and is hard to determine a definite figure. Average level of caffeine that can be found in green tea is 8-36mg.
How to brew blooming tea?
Please refer to our HOW TO BREW page. Each blooming tea ball can be steeped 2-3 times.
How should I store my blooming tea?
To ensure your teas aroma stays fresh when you took that first sip all our teas are individually wrapped in an airtight bag. We recommend keeping them away from direct sunlight and moist places. Aromas can disappear if the individual wrapped pack is punctured.
How much does shipping cost?
Nationwide - $6.50
Rural - $7.50
International – Cost will vary and will be calculated upon check out.
All nationwide orders over $65 will receive free shipping.
When will I receive my order?
All nationwide courier orders will be dispatched the same business day if received by 3pm.
Nationwide Courier – 1-2 Business Days
Rural – 4-5 Business Days
International Orders – 10-15 Days. You can expect the items to arrive at the destination within the specified timeframe. Although we cannot guarantee as delays may occur from destination being outside major cities or if items are help by customs.

There is a problem with my tea. What should I do?
If you have purchased a product and it is faulty in some way please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org details of your purchase. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
